Harley Street at Home was founded by award winning Registered Dietician, Nigel Denby, in 2020. Born out of a Facebook community to help women navigate their perimenopause and menopause journeys through the pandemic, Harley Street at Home has grown to a highly-respected online community to support every aspect of a woman’s menopause journey – both physically and emotionally.
What we do As a community, Harley Street at Home empowers women with gold-standard, evidence based and holistic menopause care to help them take control of their own menopause journey - from symptoms and treatment options, to lifestyle, wellness and
weight management. We demystify all things perimenopause and menopause, and make sense of the mayhem and confusion that menopause can bring.
