Dr Aaliya Goyal is a nationally elected member of RCGP Council and Vice Chair of RCGP’s Midland Faculty. She has a specialist interest in Occupational Health and Wellbeing, supporting NHS colleagues across primary and secondary care. She has worked with the NHS Menopause Hub and shared thoughts on supporting perimenopausal women at work in the BMJ. She has been a panel speaker at numerous conferences including the BMJ Research Forum, Health Services Research UK and national ICS Training Hub conferences. She previously worked as a Training Programme Director and ICB Clinical Leadership Executive in Health Inequalities and Ethnic Minority Health.
