Bassel is an associate professor in Reproductive Medicine with interest in Metabolic disorders and reproductive endocrinology. He leads the clinical trials unit at Anglia Ruskin University and his research is focused on addressing the true reproductive health needs of women and their families. He is a consultant gynaecologist and subspecialist in Reproductive Medicine at Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals and leads the endocrine gynaecology service which cares for women with PCOS, ovulatory disorders, and complex menopause issues.
